Hotel top Lage, angenehm und sehr sauber.
Reinigungspersonal außerordentlich!!!
Obwohl schon mehr als 10 Mal bei der Hotelkette untergekommen (Reservierung immer unter meinem Namen) diese Bewertung an meine Tochter adressiert???
Beratung freundlich und bemüht aber unsicher und nicht routiniert. Empathie fehlt manchmal. Sehr viele neue Mitarbeiter mit wenig Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gästen.
