We were only there for one night, but were treated like an old friend. We were able to check in upon arrival at 9:30am and were upgraded to a suite. We inquired about Covid testing that we needed to fly back to the U.S., and they made appointments for us at a nearby testing lab and told us how to get there, making the process so easy. The complimentary chocolate bar in our room was decadent. I really wish we could have stayed longer!
