I had a brilliant time staying here, the hotel its self is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and luxurious! The location is amazing and the price is amazing for the service and experience you have! I got little chocolates and a weather forecast card for the following day which I thought was a lovely touch! Staff are also brilliant, very friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to go to Budapest to stay here.

Almost perfect, except for a few minor areas for improvement

Regarding the breakfast experience, our Michelin-recommended partner restaurant, Costes Downtown, places a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, offering a carefully prepared selection of fresh, high-quality items as part of an extended continental breakfast. Many of our guests appreciate this refined approach; however, we fully understand that individual preferences may vary, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused.

With respect to our relaxation area, while our property does not feature a full spa or wellness center, we hope that the jacuzzi provided a small moment of pampering during your visit. As a city hotel, we aim to offer our relaxation area and gym as pleasant added features rather than full-scale wellness or fitness centers.
