considering that only once i asked for an extra service and i was refused but was advised by the hotel to pay for an additional night, i am a dissatisfied client.

Please allow us to kindly note that while we always do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, this can only be confirmed in advance by reserving the room from the previous night, particularly during periods of high occupancy. Without this, early check-in availability depends on departures and room readiness on the day of arrival. We regret if this explanation felt impersonal, as this was certainly not our intention.
