Bad cleaning in the two rooms that we have booked with strands of hair found in beds, in towels, on the floor. We always use slippers, and the floor in the rooms was full of footprints, a sign that floors had not been washed even with the guest's change! We arrived on the night between the 25 and 26 of december and in both rooms there was air conditioning to the max! Our rooms looked like two refrigerators!!!! Ridiculous breakfast!

We loved the location of the hotel and the quiet street. We didn't know beforehand that there was no window to the landscape and no daylight.
The service was excellent. Move a room as soon as we had noise in the room. Small hotel, excellent service in the dining room, the coffee very good.
The little gifts of chocolate and the Christmas cake.
We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness in the room because they wrote very clean. Clean only from the top not thoroughly.
