Location near to the water and near to Chrismass Market. Really Perfect. The standard room looked great. Very clean and modern. It is a pitty that there is no fresh air. When you open the window it is an open connection with the lobby. We had a perfect stay at you hotel. a good tip might be for the employees: smile a little more in 2020! Make the atmosphere a little more informal. It wil make a difference!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Hotel Budapest, as it was our wedding anniversary our room had been upgraded with a bottle of wine and chocolates as a special welcome, much appreciated.

Amazing, the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. Even when there was a problem with the room service we ordered, they went out of their way to make it better. We really enjoyed the stay.

I LOVED the Prestige Hotel! There was not 1 thing that I could fault during our stay. Every member of staff was polite and available to help with any questions we had. The furnishing and decor of our room was lovely - very modern & classy.

Bad cleaning in the two rooms that we have booked with strands of hair found in beds, in towels, on the floor. We always use slippers, and the floor in the rooms was full of footprints, a sign that floors had not been washed even with the guest's change! We arrived on the night between the 25 and 26 of december and in both rooms there was air conditioning to the max! Our rooms looked like two refrigerators!!!! Ridiculous breakfast!
