Great. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. The only issue is no external windows and current windows face courtyard.

Perfect location, great service, wonderful style and design, nice room but cold and I could not find a way to change that. Had to move to other hotel for the last night of my stay as the price changed dramatically for the weekend.

I hope I am wrong, but this is the first time I felt as if there was an antiamerican attitude. One plus is to kudos to the bellman, and the young lady at the front desk when we arranged for a car to the airport.

We have traveled extensively throughout Europe over many years. This was the first time I have ever felt this uncomfortable. It seemed as if we're we're judged unworthy to walk through the door. That perhaps we should seek accomdation in a hostel, more befitting our lower station.
