The location was good and the rooms were very clean but the service and restaurant were not what you would expect from a luxury hotel.

Great hotel very beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Did not manage to use the coffee machine in the room though. Other than that everything was perfect

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if I ever visited Budapest again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel in a good location for sightseeing, restaurants etc. Reception staff very helpful as were the staff at breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience

Extremely enjoyable.The ambience of the hotel was great room was excellent and all the little touches like chocolates and weather report.Easily the best city break hotel we have stayed in
