The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, the hotel nice and well kept.
The staff is very pleasant and attentive.
Nice clean room and reasonable size, but not ventilated.
There is acoustic problem in the hotel, the rooms facing the lobby have noise.

The hotel was very nice but could improve with new larger bath towels , at present they are very small and thin . Also better quality toilet roll and tissues would better

Perfect. From arrival to departure everything I requested (flowers, champagne, chocolates, rose petals on the bed etc etc) was done without an issue. Thank you to all the staff.

Overall we had a lovely stay, we felt welcome from the get go with friendly staff and clean hotel and room. Amazing services with the free Sauna and Jacuzzi was an added bonus for a cold December visit.
