My husband and I visited Budapest for his 50th birthday celebration. The hotel staff was quite helpful in arranging an airport transfer in a clean, late model car and our driver Tamas was wonderful and waited for us to get through a very long line at customs.
Once we arrived, our room was upgraded and the staff was very kind to wish my husband a happy birthday. We found chocolate and wine in our room for our celebration as well. The entire hotel is beautiful and well appointed, every staff member is kind and helpful and wants each guest to have a great experience. The staff provided assistance with booking excursions and made wonderful restaurant suggestions. It was a great experience overall and we will certainly stay at the Prestige again when we return to Budapest.

This is a great place to stay in Budapest. I have had such a pleasant stay! The hotel is with great location, wonderful interior and very professional staff. Everything was on such a perfect level, everything experienced was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t visit the restaurant but tried room service which was so delicious !
