We enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions for consideration.
Provide free bottled water each day, not just the first day.
We asked about a restaurant booking one night, told it was booked but it looked empty when we walked past a few times, maybe because I looked like I was off the street. I asked about room service for vegans. If the restaurant is booked, it would be nice if we could order a vegan meal from room service, rather than the standard menu fare. Anyway, we chose to eat outside.

The overall experience at your Hotel was excellent. This was the first stop on our trip and it was a wonderful way to commence our holiday. We have no faults with our stay, the bed was great the food was great and the staff was most helpful.
