First class service, lacked nearby restaurants. No alternative bar menu, restaurant unable to supply sandwiches without an hour's notice.

My husband and I visited Budapest for his 50th birthday celebration. The hotel staff was quite helpful in arranging an airport transfer in a clean, late model car and our driver Tamas was wonderful and waited for us to get through a very long line at customs.
Once we arrived, our room was upgraded and the staff was very kind to wish my husband a happy birthday. We found chocolate and wine in our room for our celebration as well. The entire hotel is beautiful and well appointed, every staff member is kind and helpful and wants each guest to have a great experience. The staff provided assistance with booking excursions and made wonderful restaurant suggestions. It was a great experience overall and we will certainly stay at the Prestige again when we return to Budapest.
