The location was excellent, the room was stunningly designed, and it smelled so good when I walked in that I bought the Prestige room fragrance you sell.

We were so happy to stayed at this beautiful hotel. Service, room, staff, location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!! We had a wonderful time in Budapest.Great and beautiful city. Thank you for upgrading our room. We loved the beautiful.it was a great surprise.. Your welcome card and treats made us feel special guests.

Excellent stay. Stayed for 1 week for Business purposes. Extremely close to my office as well as being very central.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest. I would recommend it for anyone visiting rhe city for tourism.

Overall experience was good. The location is excellent , the rooms are nice and good sizes. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. You could upgrade the towels, they are thin and rough. Having said that we have not stayed in any other hotel in Budapest so that may be standard . Heated towel rack didn’t work, not sure if it’s suppose to.

Lovely place to spend the night. The hotel had wonderful services and let me have a nice comfortable last day at budapest.
