In an excellent location within walking distance of great restaurants, convenience store, Hop on & Hop off buses, the castle with its museum and close to shopping centres and markets. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly as were all the staff in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was included in the cost and was really great and varied, so much so that you rarely needed to have lunch.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Bed was extremely comfy and had a great sleep. A couple of minor things could have been better such as the breakfast not arriving. We also weren't asked at checkout how our stay was or would have mentioned the disappointment of no breakfast in room. Other than that. Only positives to say about the hotel.
