One of our favorite hotels! Great location, price and staff was very helpful! Rooms were very clean and beautiful decor. Comfy, but a little small. No complaints and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Superb. My wife Dora and I love staying at Prestige and will do so again in the future. Apart from our room issue (which was resolved very professionally by your wonderful staff), the only concern was that I did not come up in your system when I checked in as a repeat guest. The last stay was the fourth time that we have stayed with Prestige since our first time in 2015. We have recommended the hotel to friends and at least two of them have stayed at Prestige when visiting Budapest. It would be nice to be noted in Prestige's system as being a repeat guest and being put in consideration for upgrades. Thank you and keep up the great service you provide. We will continue to recommend Prestige to friends and clients.

Disappointed that when I was forced to cancel my first night reservation that I was not refunded my prepayment. I traveled from Hawaii and my first flight was delayed by 20 hours due to a fuel pump problem discovered by the pilot just before take off. Hawaii Island being remote had just the one plane. As soon as I was able to rebook all my flights I contacted Hotels .com who contacted you about my situation. I do not know if I really missed the deadline to cancel as there is a 12 hour time difference. The manager absolutely has no heart or he would have understood that everything was beyond my control and that I truly did my best to notify the hotel of my unfortunate situation.
