Overall our experience at the hotel was very good. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. We want the hotel to be perfect for you so if the breakfast could improve and the rooms be a little more blacked out at the sides of the windows it would be perfect

Overall exceptionally impressed with the accommodation and staff. Was surprised to see an additional charge of E5.16 or NZ$8.80 appear on my credit card. We used nothing from the mini bar and have no idea what it is for. Can you please advise in respect of this amount.

Fantastic! Loved the design of everything, super clean, excellent staff! Even the turn-down service people in the evening were really nice. Can't really think of a lot to change except that the shower leaks a lot even with the door closed all the way. But that's a relatively minor complaint. Oh also, the key card being required for power. I get the need to save electricity and am generally in favor of this. However, the single failing point of this is that when I remove the card, the outlets at the desk also shut off. When I'm trying to charge phones, iPads, laptops, headphones, etc and they aren't getting charged, that's a big issue for a frequent traveler.
