The TV was too small for an executive room
Mirror in the room was very dirty
Bathroom door did not shut due to water swelling at the bottom
Breakfast very basic
Staff very friendly and helpful
Hotel entry and foyer was modern and clean
Hotel well air conditioned and a pleasant fragrance within the hotel
Was not happy to see dogs in the hotel
Ironing table and iron not supplied in the room unless requested
Wifi was very good

overall very nice although staffs are very polite it appears the local knowledge was not as helpful as our expectation ...

My experience at your hotel was perfect. We felt pampered by the staff, what a pity especially the recption, you don't speak Italian a little

Our experience at the Hotel was outstanding. Particularly the service provided by the employees at the hotel reception and concierge desk. David Kelemen helped us with a very serious travel issue which arose prior to our arrival. He went above and beyond what we could have expected to ensure the issue did not have a more negative impact on our remaining time in Budapest. We can honestly say that the people working at Prestige Hotel turned a potentially terrible situation into a very pleasant last night and day of our vacation. We would absolutely recommend the Prestige Hotel Budapest to everyone and hope to return in the future.

Main complaint was lack of outside view. Did not like internal view and lack of sky view - like to see the weather!

Excellent, we will be visiting Budapest again as there is more that we want to do and will definitely be returning to the Prestige Hotel, Budapest.
