Very pleased with the hotel selection by our travel agent. We found Budapest to be a wonderful city - beautiful buildings, lovely food, easy transport links and plenty to do and see.

Service was outstanding, personnel were all cheerful and courteous. Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted great, however waiting for the serving was a bit long. Took us almost 2.5 hours for the 5 course dinner. But overall, we had a grand experience!

Very efficient & friendly check in & airport transfers. We didn't breakfast at hotel as we ate out with relatives. The lack of bar area to chat & have a few drinks in meant that we spent very little time in the hotel. The residents lounge was not inviting or somewhere that most people would want to spend time. The reception area was very large & tasteful but again lacking in atmosphere & possibly the space could be better utilised or designed to incorporate a bar area that would encourage customers to spend their time & money in.

I used to travel a lot for business a personal purpose. This was one of the best hotels I have been so far with really friendly staff.
