We had a very good stay. Staff were very fiendly and efficient and we were able to walk almost everywhere. Airport transfer arranged by the hotel was very good.
Only 1 negative: we had a gin & tonic in the restaurant/bar one night and it was very nice but VERY expensive which put us off ever eating or drinking anything there again.

The experience was fine. The breakfast could have been improved by having a coffee station, to get your own, rather than having to order each cup from a waiter/waitress.,

The room booked next to mine was occupied by a family that was extremely noisy from the early hours of the morning and for at least two hours onwards. I think that when residing at a hotel such as Prestige Hotel Budapest, one expects that all guests respect the common rules of decent behavior in public places and do not cause commotion and disturbance for the other guests. I was disappointed that no proactive action was taken by the hotel to reprimand those guests before I brought it to the reception's attention. Even then, the family was equally noisy but just started half an hour later. That was quite disappointing and annoying, as one expects to be able to sleep in a bit longer. Other than that, I was pleased with the staff, they were polite and helpful.
