The hotel was pleasant, clean and in a great location. I find it overpriced for what we received though and the service from reception was below par.

Most of my trip was spent in the Czech Republic and Croatia. A mix of work and holiday. Aside from the late arrival due to travel delays, we had a pleasant time in Budapest. The room was comfortable and clean. Most important in the room, the bed was comfortable. We had a nice rest after the horrible flight delay in Munich. We also enjoyed the dry sauna and the whirlpool. The concierge desk was very helpful and assisted us with our questions. Overall this was the best accommodation we had on this trip to Europe.

Everyone was very polite, well dressed and spoke amazing English. Nothing they would not do for you. Very knowledgable about there own country.

Overall we had an amazing stay at the prestige so much so I have recommended it to some friends who are coming to Budapest in September thank you for making our holiday perfect
