Magnificent! As far as I'm concerned this is one of the very best hotels in existence. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the room assigned, the breakfast selection to the Michelin Star Costes restaurant, all done in very good taste. The staff are wonderfully helpful and very polite

I believe that hotel chains that claim to be five star need to learn how a five star hotel is truly run by coming and staying here for a night and grasp the true meaning of what they should be offering their guests along with their high room prices.

I will always remember this stunning Boutique hotel.

It was a nice room irrespective of the fact there are no external windows, unfortunatley the staff some described them as snobs, stuck up or superior but i will say they were unfriendly.

We had a lovely stay (this was our second stay at the Prestige - and we will be back for sure). It is awesome to not have to worry about a thing from the time you arrive, until the time you leave. Great property!

Our stay here was very pleasant. This was a clean ,comfortable and quiet place to stay on our vacation to Budapest.

Het is een TOP Hotel met een TOP ligging in een TOP stad, Jullie zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam dat je zeker nog terug gaat. Hotel Prestige doe zo verder, dikke proficiat aan iedereen, van kuisvrouw tot kelner van barman tot receptionist van werkman tot kok. Aan iedereen proficiat en dank u wel voor het toffe verblijf.

Room was comfortable with a good bed but a little hard for us. Breakfasts were adequate but far from being good for a 4 star hotel. Not a great choice - limited fruit and cold buffet selection compared to other hotels we have stayed at. In our view it is better when the chef cooks omelette etc in front of you and you get exactly what you want. Some of the service not great, eg on final morning we were not asked about a cooked breakfast - as it happened we did not want one. Seemed over staffed but some waiters not actually doing a lot, possible lack of management.Coffee of mediocre quality
