Excellent hotel I recommend it very highly. The staff at the reception were very nice. I was upgraded to a higher type of room.

The Hotel was really very good and excellent. I would highly recommend my friends to stay there. There were lots of public parking space around the hotel area. When we asked the front desk, the gentleman seemed unwilling to tell us more information but just recommend us to park into the hotel garage. When we asked if any electric kettle available, he didn't return back to me. I needed to ask again.

We especially liked the helpfulness of the staff. There was a young woman at the Concierge desk (Esther?) who did an excellent job.
