Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t fault the service and the hotel at all. The rooms are incredible, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back to stay in this hotel again!

We had a fantastic stay, thank you. My only point would be that I mentioned several times that it was my partner's birthday ahead of our stay. The concierge asked for his name and said they'd surprise him. Unfortunately this wasn't acknowledged or mentioned during our stay, which was disappointing.
