The concierge recommended a restaurant and insisted on making a reservation for us. The food was awful, not hot and very expensive. It was the restaurant with the shepherds museum in the lower level. I suspect that the concierge gets a kickback from the restaurant for the recommendation.

We are pleased to learn that you appreciated our location, cleanliness, service, and breakfast. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.
We regret that the restaurant recommended by our concierge did not provide the dining experience you had hoped for. Please be assured that our team recommends restaurants and local programs based solely on our own experiences and the positive feedback of previous guests. We are therefore particularly sorry that this recommendation did not meet your expectations. Following your comments, we have also contacted the restaurant to share your feedback.
We also appreciate your remarks regarding the room. Most of our rooms face the atrium, which is one of the hotel's unique architectural features, highlighted by its beautiful glass-roofed ceiling. In addition to our Standard Rooms, we offer several higher room categories that are generally more spacious and feature different layouts, including rooms with street views. These room types can be reserved in advance for an additional charge, subject to availability.
We are sorry that you did not have the opportunity to share your concerns with us during your stay. Had we known how important an exterior view and additional storage space were to you, we would have gladly explored the possibility of offering an alternative room, subject to availability. We also appreciate your comments regarding the shower placement, which have been shared with the relevant departments for review.

While we are disappointed to learn that you would not currently consider returning, we appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience and improve our services.
