Beautiful reception and great location. We had a deluxe room overlooking the inner lobby area which was comfortable and spacious. Service at reception was great. We were provided with a map and local information. The room was beautifully clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and black out curtains for a great night’s sleep. Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Earlier reviews had commented about the poor breakfast, but there was lots of choice and no waiting. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Budapest.

The only thing I wasn’t happy is the daily room services . The cleaning lady kept forgetting this or that item needed .
One day I came back and saw a clear plastic bag was in the toilet bowl , I flushed unsuccessfully and I had to pick it out .
Other than that , all were excellent.
I really like this Hôtel.
