I loved this hotel and will definitely be back! From the warm welcome at check in to getting a free room upgrade and complimentary bottle of Prosecco and chocolates left in my room as it was my birthday. The hotel is in a greater location, right next to the river Danube and all the main attractions are within walking distance. I will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Our whole experience was amazing. Like I mentioned previously, everything ran so smoothly in the hotel. It was clear that everyone was very well trained, knew their job well and did it all to a high standard. It is possibly the best service we have received in a hotel. Every single person we came into contact with were attentive and professional.
The hotel itself is stunning, the interior design is so well thought out and the whole place has been kept clean and to a high standard. Everything still appears to be brand new! We had a view out onto the street, which was lovely. The two windows ensured minimal noise level from the street below. We were not disturbed once.
I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, I don’t usually write reviews, however I feel that the hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, the price was so reasonable, I have paid a lot more in other hotels for a lot less! The service and hotel is absolutely 5 star.
