Beautiful hotel. Room got a little warm and thermostat would not work but overall the hotel is lovely

Nothing was too much trouble, from check in to departure. Staff were so attentive. The hotel was beautifully decorated, rooms amazing. Some lovely special touches.

The entire stay was excellent from start to finish. There is little I could say that could be improved on. We had a great time there.
