Overall I found the staff to be quite rude. Nicolet however was lovely and went out of her way to help me an my friend.

It was excellent. Due to a mix up from our travel agent, we did not have rooms booked with bathtubs which is a necessity for our family. Your concierge, Eszter, upgraded us to fix this problem. Eszter also organised dinner for us and a transfer from the airport. She was excellent and to be honest truly made our last night in Europe lovely.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my Mum's 80th birthday at the Prestige. Norhing wss too much trouble and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Extra little birthday surprises were a lovely touch and made the whole thing that little bit more special
Would definitely recommend and we will certainly return.

Great experience. Loved the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and very professional staff. Well trained. Location is amazing. Will definitely come back .

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. I will remember your hotel because the staff all did their job in every detail, better and more consistently better, than I have seen in more expensive hotels.

Abbastanza buono ma con i servizi da migliorare. La colazione è sempre uguale e i ragazzi che lavorano alla sala non sono ne attenti ne pronti..
La sala relax-sauna-palestra è troppo piccola ed inoltre un po' trascurata.
