Have completely ignored my calls requesting to receive items I left behind. I called, I emailed, I tweeted, no one has been in touch with me. Someone in housekeeping found my items when I checked out of room 110 on Dec 18, and has kept them. Awful hotel service, no contact despite my repeated outreach.

Wij hadden een fantastisch goed verblijf, na een koude wandeling kunnen genieten van de sauna en de whirlpool. Super goed geslapen, bed was heel goed. Wij hebben geen enkele negatieve opmerking. Ook een dikke pluim voor het personeel, altijd heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heel goed en het diner was subliem. Zullen hier zeker nog terugkomen.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Truly felt like a valued guest. Good value for the money. Cost of breakfast was too high but not a big deal as there are nice cafes nearby.
