Vor unserem Besuch gab es einige Schwierigkeiten wg. Nichtakzeptanz einer Kreditkarte. Der Kontakt zum Hotel war äußerst professionell, unser Problem wurde umgehend gelöst.
Im Hotel haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Service, tolle Zimmer, exquisites Frühstück

Kiváló konyha .De nem minden napra kivánt.De nem volt nagy probléma sok éterem van a hotel környékén.

5 stars across the board and we would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Budapest. Could not be faulted. If I ever return to this amazing city I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
