My one critic. The noise level in the lobby/reception is too loud. The atrium needs covering over to keep the noise down.
Afternoon naps were impossible and we were woken every morning at 7, with the staff changeover. The noise travels and bounces off the walls.
It’s a shame you can’t have a night cap in the lobby, but can see why.
