My overall experience was absolutely amazing, they upgraded our room for free, gave us complimentary cakes, bed was made everyday, managed to offer me items to be left in the room as it was my boyfriends birthday, which were lovely.

Nice hotel comfy beds friendly and helpful staff .Just felt a mirror would have been good to have above the dressing table in the room

I had very good experience:
1. Great location
2. The staff was very helpful
3. The breakfast is perfect
4. Restaurant Costesdowntown is perfect
5. I have only one negative comment: when we came in evening to the SPA jaccuze was very dirty

Beautiful hotel in a great location. It smelt amazing! The only downside would be, we requested a European travel plug as ours had broken but was asked to pay for it. In any other hotel we’ve stayed in we have been allowed to borrow it and return when we were leaving.

A lovely hotel in an ideal location to explore Budapest. The restaurant serves excellent food and a great dining experience

really enjoyed our first visit to Budapest . It was great to be able to walk everywhere due to the central location of the hotel .
