Centrally located. Excellent decor and staff. Bathrooms not the best for toiletry space.

Beautiful hotel very close to great restaurants and the river. Service was excellent. Only criticism is that the bath is very slippery when having a shower. Could use a non slip mat.

We liked our overall experience. Convenient location. Attentive staff. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The rooms were small. The bathrooms were small. We had to rent an adaptor to fit the outlets so that we could charge our phones. Iron and ironing board not standard in the rooms.

An impressive first impression of the hotel lobby/ reception. Friendly efficient welcome. Great location. A beautifully furnished hotel with an excellent service. A deluxe 4 star hotel, value for money.

Had a lovely stay, the staff were excellent and very attentive.

There was an issue with the room not being made up on our last nights stay, they immediately resolved this without fuss.

Would definately stay there again.

Extremely comfortable. I was attending a conference, and so great support with location information, transitions to event/s, and airport transfers. All staff were very professional and friendly.
