very welcoming environment. We really appreciated being picked up at the train terminal, and the driver's patience with the 90 minute delay in the train's arrival.
We really liked the act of the hotel providing cold drinks in the lobby on those hot days.
The location also was a major factor. Very close to the Danube and significant sights

Lovely hotel, very clean. The hallway is stunning and smells nice. Our room was the perfect size, we had a little trouble controlling the AC but otherwise the bed was comfy and the bathroom really nice. No storage in the bathroom though which is always a bummer.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and the food was yummy. People at the reception were nice enough, not super smiley but I guess it is an Eastern Europe attitude... but helpful otherwise.

I will recommend this hotel because if its great location (only a few minutes away from the Parliament and the River) and comfort level.
