We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your hotel. The interior of the building was beautiful and the staff was very responsive. Although we can only judge by the breakfast we had the food was very good. We only had one small issue but it was resolved very much to our satisfaction. Your customer service was excellent. All in all it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a very long time.

Very positive - I look forward to staying again soon. The hotel is finished to a very good standard and was very clean. The staff were efficient, friendly and very accommodating.
One recommendation I would suggest would be improved air conditioning in the fitness facility.
