Beautiful hotel . Smells wonderful in the hall . Everyone was very friendly. Beds were great. Everything was perfect and we would come again. Thanks for 2 wonderful days .

Everything was excellent EXCEPT when I called for room service I was told there would be a 1.5 hour wait, meaning I would have to wait until 10pm for a salad . I asked if they were serious & was told we are very busy. I have travelled very extensively & have never ever encountered such a problem.

Really exceeded our expectations. So many extra touches that made us not want to leave. Location was perfect, room was amazing to come to each day and front desk and staff was so accommodating and friendly. We were really taken care of! I have already recommended Prestige Hotel to my family and friends - can't wait to come back!

Housekeeping service can be improved - not consistent in maintaining the room throughout my 4 nights stay

My friend and I loved our stay at the Prestige Hotel, a wonderful 5 nights, and a great location to experience all that Budapest offers.
