Excellent. The rooms are spacious and all amenities are available and provided. We arrived early and although our room was not available, the front desk staff were kind enough to provide us with a free upgrade to an executive suite. The hotel is close to the station as well as parliament building. There are numerous restaurants around the hotel.

We loved the hotel, but would not stay on a Saturday night again and would inquire of loud music experience if we were to return on another night. Hopefully it was just a Saturday night thing. We would definitely recommend the Prestige if the noise was not the experience on other nights. It was no fault of the hotel...but hopefully the city will seek to draw higher end clientele and visitors and not as a party town. The Prestige is perfect for high end travelers seeking a luxury hotel.

My experience at your hotel was outstanding. My wife and I had an amazing time! Your staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. I have written positive reviews on trip advisor as well as hotels.com. Thank you for making our stay so easy and comfortable.

Poor internet / WiFi service, oddly small and inconvenient washroom, below average cleaniess, noisy air conditioning. Limited breakfast hot food choice despite it is called a buffet.
