thoroughly enjoyed the stay, beautiful hotel. staff couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had pleasant stay. breakfast was good, but on initial impression the items laid out on the wooden table was sparce, increase in products on the table. also possibly soft bread rolls could be added. we would definitely recommend your hotel, and will return in the future to Budapest.

Poor room interior, uncomfortable furniture, poor lighting, bad kitchen smell. We asked the concierge to mail a letter for us to a local (Budapest) address. Regrettably, we put our 20000 forint government vouchers in the envelope at the front desk at the time we checked out on May 12.
The addressee, our relative ( Bpest 1131, Reiitter Ferenc u. 165) to date, May 22nd did not receive it. Unbelievable!
For all these, and on top of it we payed twice as much for the room as offered in the Internet. At check in the concierge remarked "we are happy to give you an upgrade" only he did not say the price will also be an "upgrade" to the double.
This was the first, but also the last time that we stayed at your hotel, and can assure you that we will not recommend to anyone.
