Very good.
Suggest that you do something with the seating in the dining area, so that your breakfast guests does not have to wait outside even though it's only half full. One person occupying a 4 seater ?

Service was very, very good! Location for us wasn’t the best, we felt it was out of the way and would rather be in an area with restaurants, cafes and shops! Felt the front stairs and entrance section let the hotel down!
