In general my stay was good, but in the morning the room was noisy because the staff made noise cleaning the hotel and we hear noise from the hall of the hotel.

Overall I felt that the room cost more than it was worth. It was very expensive, and rooms have no natural light, and the 'fitness centre' is tiny. The gym area should be made larger, with more treadmills and exercise machines. I was very disappointed in that as I expected more after receiving a special gym bag with towel. The translation of the Hotel Directory in the rooms is poor, there were many errors, such as 'which' being spelt 'witch'. This is not a huge problem, but for a hotel where everything seems to be run well and smoothly, this was surprising, as it wouldn't cost much for an English speaker to correct. I was staying on the 2nd floor and each morning I had to walk through around 10 cleaning staff standing near my room entrance (room 210). This was an odd experience and would not recommend staff stand in large groups near bedrooms in the morning.
