Enjoyed my stay very much and I liked mostly the sauna and the spa,breakfast wahs always delicious.

Good experience. We liked A lot the hotel and the location. The breakfast was maybe too expensive compared with the offering.

Lovely hotel in great location. However disappointed with a few things:
Nowhere comfy & relaxing to sit at the end of the day for a nightcap before retiring to your room - there is a saloon but it is clinical and unused.
Receptionist was quite rude when I enquired about the complimentary water on the 2nd day; apparently, despite the room rate being the same, it’s only complimentary on the 1st night.
The restaurant staff were not particularly friendly and the maitre d’ was obviously annoyed when we asked her to clarify the wording on the menu. Also for a Michelin star restaurant they reach across you to clear the table whilst you are eating.
When we booked the car for the airport via reception there was no mention of the fact that most roads would be closed that day & extra time would be required. Luckily we were ready early & the driver said we should leave.
