The facility lacked a nice lounge area to sit and have a coffee or sit and read a book. The seating area in reception is not enough to satisfy a welcoming lounge area.

Really enjoyed our visit . Did miss not having somewhere to sit and have a drink or coffee, did. Not want to use the restaurant.

Excellent customer service from the front desk. Even giving us a to go breakfast when we had to leave early for a flight without us asking

We had very good experience in Hilton Hotel. The front desk stuff and manager and all other stuff are very helpful. I reserved under my name before. After the front desk knew my husband is Hilton hold member, he and the manager helped us to change the booking person as my husband, they upgraded our room, access to executive lounge. When the first day's room on the corner had noise at night, front desk changed a quiet room for us with no problem. Other conditions are all good, such as breakfast, executive lounge service, cleanness. location is quiet but close to the centra area. Recommend this.

Beautiful hotel with very good fragrance in a lobby! Excellent personnel ! Great location. Proposal: could you pls consider to add a clock to Lobby ? Would be nice on the wall above the lift doors. Clean, nice room but unpractical bathroom.

The atmosphere and decor of hotel and my room was a very pleasant surprise. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because I thought it was a bit too pricey and on the other hand I wanted to visit different breakfast places too.
