The hotel is excellent situated; the room service is also excellent, but it is a pity that one has to use the air condition all night long because the most rooms are around the patio - and like nearly all air condition it is sometimes too cold, sometimes not cold enough...

It is great in general (rooms, reception service, etc), but 2 points to mention: 1)the "family" door between 2 rooms was not isolating noice 2) we were once at the restaurant before it was closing and felt a bad service-limited attention to us converted into long time of waiting the bill + we were told that kitchen is no longer working, however we saw new dishes brought to others within next 30 minutes.

An amazing hotel with excellent standards in a very central location, was very pleasantly surprised during our entire stay here and will rebook again

Maravilloso, solo nos faltó probar el jacuzzi y gimnasio, pero no nos dió tiempo, los pequeñps detalles marcan la diferencia y es ahí donde os haceis grandes.

Very helpful staff and a fantastic location, lots of nice touches such as the weather forecast delivered each evening with a square of chocolate.
