Very helpful staff and a fantastic location, lots of nice touches such as the weather forecast delivered each evening with a square of chocolate.

Everyting was fine, nice contact, friendly people, reception 100%, cleaning 100%, location 100%....just the breakfast was a little bit poor...not to much choise....

A modern, clean hotel in a great location! Super location, in walking distance of all the main sightseeing spots. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our room and we had an overall great trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Prestige Hotel Budapest and didn't want to leave! It was in a great location, so it was easy to get places. The staff were very welcoming. I didn't get a chance to try out the spa, but would love to return someday!

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located which is ideal for site seeing in Buda and Pest.
The music in the relaxation room when we visited wasn't very relaxing, although the room itself was lovely and clean.

After all good hotel but with very poor human resources. Those two guys at the front desk were just terrible, with such bad attitude like waiting from me to first say hi to them, face like they saw nobody not even just one friendly smile.
