It was a lovely stay and I would recommend your hotel to others. However, the lobby could certainly use a more personal touch.

Really good! We especially enjoyed the a la carte breakfast - good service, and the poached eggs used for our eggs benedict had the mosts amazing orange yolk. We would only change one thing: skip the taxi service you are using. It might be fancy looking black Mercedes’, but we had much more pleasant taxi rides from the ordinary taxis we used in the city. The ones you provided was bad drivers (talking on handhold phone, was rude to other vehicles in traffic etc), listened to loud music and so on. But overall: thanks for a fantastic stay at the hotel. We have already recommended you to our friends!

Our room in this hotel was spacious, absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, wonderfully comfortable, and enhanced our stay in Budapest. We loved the heated bathroom floors and updated modern feel, which still preserved the rich, elegant, traditional details of the hotel’s style. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Budapest, and we will recommend the hotel to our friends.
