very good, especially the site seeing and restaurant recommendations from the concierge staff. very helpful.

But, the twin/single beds are too narrow, narrower than standard twin beds. there was plenty of space in our large room for wider beds.

Wonderfull. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us find our way around the city with great advise and directions.

Wonderful hotel. We had a great time. We were treated to a bottle of bubbly for our special anniversary. Nice touches such as the evening chocolate and next day weather forecast brought to your room every evening. Very helpful staff: booking visits if requested and giving excellent advice etc. Beautiful place, very comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast . Superb restaurant with gourmet experience including sommelier. Brilliant location close to river and less than 10 mins from bars, restaurants etc.

Our stay in Budapest was a wonderful end to our Danube cruise bike and boat adventure! The location made all of the cultural highlights walkable. We also quickly found the Pomo D’oro pizza bar on the next block—it became “our place”!
