Extremely pleasant. The complimentary water and chocolate was a pleasant surprise. What impressed the most was the pillows. Goosedown is definitely an excellent touch. Keep up the excellent work. We hope to return again soon.

We had a great time everything good . Except drinks in the bar were very expensive and we paid service charge in drinks and breakfast which we felt wasn’t good when you were guests in the hotel .The bar in the evening was empty and there was no atmosphere the room you could go in was isolated . We sat in reception chatting and was told to be quiet at 9.30 pm one night !!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, I know it was nice but when we arrived we were amazed. Our room was amazing we really appreciated the upgrade it made our experience extra special. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. I am a travel consultant and I look forward to selling this hotel to my clients.

excellent on the whole...though I would not book a room facing inwards again...as there is no privacy or natural light
