We were extremely happy with our stay in the Prestige hotel which was longer than anticipated due to flight cancellations to Ireland. The Reception and Reservations staff managed to find us a room for the extra 3 weekend nights required and gave them to us at a generous discount. We greatly appreciate the kindness and the effort made by the staff in all areas of the hotel that made our stay the wonderful experience that it was

Very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. I don’t like not having fresh air & a window open but that is just the design of the building & I would maybe pay extra to stay in a different room. Overall I loved the hotel & thought all staff were professional & cleaners did a great job

I could not have asked for a better stay at the hotel. I had a cancelled flight on the way to Budapest but the Prestige staff made up for it with an awesome stay. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending the hotel and staff to my family and friends. A+

It was really a beautiful hotel with excellent service! I also appreciate the Expedia VIP room upgrade and VIP upgrade had the champagne with chocolates! It gets boring when the VIP upgrade is always wine (at many other hotels) so the chocolate was a nice touch.
