we had a lovely vacation - the room was beautiful, the service was great, the location was awesome, the breakfast was superb, especially the eggs Benedict.

FABULOUS!!! Went for a city break, had a lovely time. All made even better by the hotel, luxurious and right in the heart of Budapest. Next to the Chain Bridge and Cathedral, and everything is a short walk away. Bars and restaurants are all very near, walk to the square near the Cathedral and there are some lovely, well-priced dinner places. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering umbrellas when it snowed! Gave us a free bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary and chocolates on Valentines day! Made us feel very special. Rooms cleaned each day and fresh towels/bedding if you'd like every day. Did not get to eat at the restaurant as was fully booked but definitely make reservations if you'd like to go there as it gets extremely full quickly. Got lots of advice from the staff each day and helped us book restaurants as well as showing us where to go and good trips. Have already recommended this hotel to lots of my friends, would definitely visit again!!! Thank you for making our stay so special!

Very good, we enjoyed the hotel it was a great location. Only negative would be that there is not a separate bar area to the restaurant, although we did have drinks in the lobby area on one occasion.

Excellent service. Receptionist were extremely helpful, and were happy to help. Great location.

Hotel was amazing, very attentive staff. Great location. Only down side is the Wifi. really poor considering the ihgh standards/finish of everything else.
