Myself and my partner cannot thank you guys enough! , you made our stay very welcoming and we loved every minute of it , Barbara on the front desk was very helpful and explained everything very well to us , if we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay at Prestige again , you are a 4 star hotel but we both agreed that you guys should be a 5 star , very impressed , thank you so much again and with all of your staff's approach to customer service and well being this hotel will continue to be one of the best in Budapest!

Excellent !!! The hotel was in a good location. Comfortable bed, helpful staff. The hot breakfast plate was served to the table, and the buffet was good enough.

Amazing hotel and staff the only downside was that our bathroom's extractor fan and pipes were very noisy throughout the night and the cleaning staff were quite loud! however it is a wonderful hotel and i would definitely recommend it to family and friends and we hope to stay again in the future!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff were very accommodating.
The only thing I would change if any, is the quality of the shower was poor compared to the finish of the overall room but other than that, we had a great stay.

Excellent. Staff were welcoming and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Great location for exploring the city. Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean throughout
