Our experience at the prestige hotel was excellent, it was our anniversary and when we arrived to check in we were informed we’d been upgraded free of charge which was amazing. The rooms were stunning and beautifully decorated. On the Saturday evening we ate at the Coste Downtown which was another fantastic experience. I would high recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great weekend

The hotel was truly fantastic, from the moment we checked in everything was perfect. I couldn't fault it at all, and the staff made our stay extra special, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all. I certainly will be staying again and this time with my family. I have told lots of people about our stay so hopefully they will book to.

Overall good experience. The fire alarm woke us one day due to an error, was surprised that this was not mentioned or noted in any way.

Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a suite but there was inadequate wardrobe space and virtually no drawers. Internet connection was poor but this a general problem in Budapest.
Our room was cleaned to a high standard and the nightly Belgian chocolates left for us typified the attention to detail the hotel gives to service. The restaurant is franchised to Costes (a Michelin starred restaurant) and is pricey.
